1. Gear (and key for gear connection)

There are three key forms of A, B, and C, and the parameters such as 8*7*30 are B, H, L (width, height, length)
The working surface of the key is two sides, both sides are pressed, there is generally a little margin above and below, and some margin is also left in the front and rear L (meaning that you need to choose a key slightly shorter than the keyway width)

2. Sprocket
The chain of the sprocket, which is the chain of the usual bicycle, has standard parts
3. Transmission belt
The drive belt is rubber, polyurethane and also has standard parts
4. Servo motor and its gearbox (mainly too big and expensive to use before)
Servo motor about 2000 a, the standard size is generally determined by the installation surface, 80*80~130*130 is more commonly used
The output end of the gearbox is fixed size, the input end is generally the lock screw position of the waist hole, and the shaft diameter of the input end has different specifications
5. Cam splitter
The equipment for converting rotary motion into intermittent motion costs 4.14 for 6500 sets
6. Ultrasonic transducer
Plastic ultrasonic welding tools, through the vibration generated by ultrasonic waves to melt plastic, so that the two parts are combined, only the close pressing part has a melting effect
7. Cylinder

There is no need to energize, only gas needs to be applied to the upper and lower holes, and the cylinder is controlled by controlling the gas
8. Fisheye bearings
There are positive teeth and reverse teeth, there are screw type and screw hole type, and the nominal parameters are composed of aperture and threaded hole specifications

This is really amazing, a few aluminum profiles, all the equipment is slightly designed, can be hung up
10. Plastic bag sealing machine
The sealing machine can adjust the temperature and pressure, and the general bag can be sealed, and the PE is not very good to seal
Second, the difference between large equipment and small equipment
1. The error is much larger
The error should be estimated as a percentage of the total length, not an absolute value such as 0.5mm
2. There is almost no shortage of space, and the parts are casually put in
The position of 0.5mm of small equipment is contested, and it needs to be arranged the most compactly, but large equipment can be made larger at will, and the components are slightly larger and smaller can be matched
3. Large equipment has a margin for debugging when designing
The consumer motor is installed is installed, there will be no debugging process, because the amount is large, it needs to be done well at one time, and the waste of man-hours in assembly and debugging is about equal to the loss.

But large equipment is different,
(1) Compared with the expensive BOM cost, assembly and debugging need to be fine enough to ensure the perfect operation of the equipment is the right way
(2) The manufacturing accuracy of parts of large-scale equipment cannot be controlled so high, and the cost of controlling accuracy is rising, so the result of the combination is that the accuracy is not good to do high, and there is no need to do high
(3) There are many transmission components, which need to involve a lot of transmission cooperation, and the parts are relatively static if they are not installed
(4) There is room for margin
Therefore, according to the above four reasons, large-scale equipment will leave a larger margin when designing, some waist holes will be designed, and the margin of screw holes will be larger, leaving a debugging process
