Best answer

The holding torque is also called the static moment. The technical saying is: when the stepper motor is energized but does not rotate, the stator locks the torque of the rotor.
Holding torque refers to the torque at which the stator locks the rotor when the stepper motor is energized but not rotating. It is one of the important parameters of stepper motors. Generally, the torque of a stepper motor at low speed is close to the holding torque.

The relationship between the holding torque and torque of the motor
The holding torque refers to the maximum torque that the motor can withstand in a stationary state, while the torque refers to the torque generated by the motor during operation.
The greater the holding torque, the stronger the load capacity of the motor and its ability to withstand larger loads. Torque refers to the torque generated by the motor during operation, which is the torque that the motor can provide.
The rated torque of the servo motor is generated at the rated power and rated speed. Since the servo motor is frequency conversion and variable voltage speed regulation, it is a constant torque speed regulation.
Torque, torque and torque are actually the same in a motor.
