What kind of parts can CNC EDM process?

The shape of CNC wire EDM processing can be considered from two aspects:

1. CNC wire EDM processing is to use electrode wire to carry out through processing. The electrode wire moves on an axis, so it can only machine two dimensions

and three-dimensional straight text parts, which must be through. It cannot process non-through-hole parts, three-dimensional molded surfaces and stepped surfaces.

2. CNC wire EDM processing uses electrode wire to cut the contour, which has nothing to do with the complexity of the contour, but is smaller than the electrode for narrow slits

For parts with wire diameter, R angles are allowed in the inner corners, or parts with R angles required by the inner angle are smaller than the diameter of the electrode wire cannot be processed. CNC electricity
