The difference between Siemens inverter G120 and S120 is as follows:

1, G120: general ordinary frequency converter, G means General.

2, S120: special type of general frequency converter, S means Special.

3. G120: integrated frequency converter, combining rectifier and inverter units together.

4. S120: Inverter with separate rectifier and inverter units can be selected and configured separately.

5. G120: Limited function, at most with vector axis, to achieve vector control, and the rectifier part is non-regenerative.

6. S120: Powerful, not only with vector axis, but also with servo axis, and the rectifier part has a variety of options such as non-rewarding, rewardable and active front end.
